RESTRICTED MAIL

Any mail with stickers, buttons, plastic cards, flowers, feathers, credit cards, candy, pens, pencils, perfume, musical cards, hair, phone cards, bank statements, bus schedules, jewelry , maps, Polaroid’s, personal checks, homemade artwork , glue or other types of adhesive, directions, only ten pictures ,no staples or paper clips, no big envelopes with clasps . The facility does not distribute sexually explicit materials to inmates in compliance with Pa. C.S.A.5903.  No one under 18 well receives any materials containing these material. Any items that can be purchased through commissary are not authorized (bathing items, clothes, snacks, envelopes, stamps and stationary, etc,) . Also nothing pertaining to violence such as fighting, karate, knives, guns, etc.
